Nutrition consultations are booked by phone, so we can find a time that works around a busy schedule.
A comprehensive assessment of your health and goals, followed by a personalised plan built specifically for you.
Your initial consultation includes:
A full health and lifestyle assessment — We’ll take the time to understand the whole picture, not just your weight. This includes your current health concerns and goals, medical history and medications, eating habits, exercise and movement, sleep quality, stress levels, hormonal or menopause symptoms where relevant, previous dieting history, and blood test results if you have them.
Your personalised macro nutrient plan — Your daily calorie, protein, carbohydrate, fat and fibre targets, individually calculated based on your age, body composition, activity level, medical history, lifestyle and goals — whether that’s fat loss, muscle preservation, improving metabolic health, increasing energy, reducing disease risk or supporting long-term health
Your personalised meal plan — A practical plan complete with recipes and meal ideas that fit your food preferences, lifestyle, cooking ability and family situation. No generic templates — healthy eating should be realistic enough to continue for years, not just weeks.
The Four Pillars of Health guide — My practical guide covering nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress management, and how the four work together to build a healthier, stronger body for life.
Four weeks of WhatsApp accountability — Personalised feedback on your food diary, meal photo reviews, education and coaching, and support to help keep you on track between sessions. You’ll never feel like you’re doing it alone.
Your follow-up consultation includes:
A full progress review — We’ll look at how things have gone since your last session: what’s working, what’s felt difficult, and any changes in your energy, symptoms, habits or goals.
Updated targets, if needed — Your macro and meal plan will be reviewed and adjusted as your body, lifestyle or goals change, so your plan keeps evolving with you rather than staying static.
Troubleshooting real life — Whether it’s travel, a busy period, plateaus, or motivation dips, we’ll work through whatever’s getting in the way and adjust your approach so it stays realistic.
Continued education — Building on the Four Pillars, we’ll go deeper into whichever area matters most right now — nutrition, exercise, sleep or stress — based on where you need support.

We’ll spend 20–30 minutes talking through where you’re at, what you’d like to change, and whether working together feels like the right fit. It’s a conversation, not an assessment — there’s no plan or program delivered on this call. If it feels right, I’ll walk you through what a full consultation looks like and you can decide from there.
Not at all. Come as you are — there’s no need to track anything beforehand or have it all figured out. It can help to have a rough idea of what’s brought you here and what you’re hoping to feel or achieve, but that’s the only “preparation” needed.
Yes. The discovery call is completely free, with no obligation to book anything further. It’s simply a chance for us to meet and for you to ask questions before deciding if you’d like to continue.
