My journey into health began through fitness. As a Personal Trainer and founder of Fitness Nirvana Health Centre, I spent years helping clients build confidence and strength through movement.

Over time, I realised that lasting health is about much more than exercise alone. Nutrition, sleep, stress management and sustainable habits all play an equally important role.

Becoming a qualified Nutritionist allowed me to combine these elements into one holistic approach. Today, I help women create realistic, evidence-based strategies that improve their health for the long term, not through quick fixes, but through sustainable lifestyle change.
